Well, well, well. Summer is just around the corner and we are very excited here at My Windansea! The spring has been kind to us as we've had a steady stream of orders in our Etsy shop and a successful run at the Battlecreek Boutique in Pleasant Grove, UT. We've fine tuned our photography skills...well, we're getting better, and our online shop is looking cleaner and nicer with each shoot.

We are featured on a wedding website now as well which has driven even more traffic to our shop. Check it out here ShopThenWed.com. This month we also participated in the Out of the box Sampler, by sending in 25 of our small seashell candles to be included in sample boxes that you can order here

We've had a lot of fun working in the shop creating new and unique products for beach weddings. We've got everything from starfish boutonnieres to flower girl baskets, beachy hair barrettes and message in a bottle guest sign in stations. Our seashell candles are still a hit as beach wedding centerpieces and beach wedding favors.

Busy Busy Busy

Long time no see blog world! We are setting to goal to be better about blogging on here. We are mostly consumed with the day to day maintenance of our Esty shop along with the actual creating, photographing and shipping our products.

A few months ago we realized that people may want more from My Windansea. We have mastered the making and marketing of our signature piece...the seashell candles but have also started making beach wedding decor! So far so good with the wedding decor. Traffic in our shop has reached an all-time high and people are excited about our custom orders.

Utah State Hospital Craft Fair

Thanks to my good friend Trisha we had the opportunity to participate in the Utah State Hospital craft fair this week. We had a great time and really enjoyed debuting our "Christmasea" stuff! Check out the pix below.

Battlecreek Boutique

I've been meaning to post this pic of our Booth at the Battlecreek Boutique for a while but just haven't gotten around to it! The boutique went well and we learned a lot and are putting that in to play as we prepare to head back to Battlecreek the first weekend in December. We'll have some awesome PRE-WRAPPED Christmas gifts for sale that you are sure to love.

Last weekend we went up Provo Canyon to have a photoshoot with our pumpkin souffle fragrance candles. Check them out and place your order online before they run out!

News!!!

Hello everyone! We hope you are as excited as we are about the upcoming Battlecreek Boutique to be held in the old Pleasant Grove Rec. Center this coming Thursday-Saturday! We have been working hard on our display and will post some pix as soon as we set it up Wednesday night! Get the details by clicking the "Contact Us" tab.

We are also pleased to announce our new STORE on etsy.com. We've already made some sales so be sure to check it out before the best stuff sells out! Use the "Shop My Windansea" tab to get the link! Feel free to share it with family and friends...there are just a few items posted now but after the boutique we plan on stocking it up and keeping it stocked for your holiday shopping!

Great week

Thanks to everyone who helped us have a great week at both the Stadium and Provo Farmer's Markets! We have decided to continue selling at the Stadium market so we look forward to seeing you there this Thursday from 3pm-dusk! Seriously...come check out our stuff and the INCREDIBLE produce available at this market. It is to die for!

In other news...we are already getting prepared for our upcoming Battlecreek Boutique to be held in Pleasant Grove October 13-15th. We just got a new shipment of wax, fall fragrances and our full stock of our hot new candle fragrance raspberry sangria! You said you loved it and we heard it! A full line of raspberry sangria candles will be available at this Saturday's market!

New Things...

We are really excited for tomorrow's Farmer's Market! We have been working hard to bring you some more awesome Windansea products and we even have a new shade cover to replace our one that broke last time so we are ready and rarin' to go!

We have a new candle fragrance called Raspberry Sangria! You'll have to come check it out and let us know what you think!

We are also debuting a new shell...its a black pokey shell and you're sure to love it! We've designed some new soaps, a dark blue Ocean Breeze bar and a whole line of coconut fragrance with our classic design! These soaps are so fun for me to make, and for you to display and use! We all win!!
